We’re turning up the flavour this May! From Monday to Friday, for a full fortnight of veggie fun (12th–23rd May), we’re planting a free vegetarian starter on your plate when you order any vegetarian main or special. Our spring menu is rooted in freshness, full of tasty dishes that celebrate the very best of the season. Whether you’re a long-time vegetarian or just enjoy the fresh flavours of veggie dishes, there’s never been a better time to indulge here at The Oaks.

Take our delicious croquettes, perfect to apPEASe your appetite – a crispy blend of pea, broad bean and creamy feta, served with a smoky chipotle mayo that’ll have your tastebuds tingling. Or dig into our showstopper main: Harissa-glazed sweet potato, lovingly topped with crunchy dukkah and served on a hearty bed of bulgur wheat, chickpeas, and mixed seeds. It’s spud-tacular!

And let’s not forget our pine nut & lemon ricotta ravioli served with a vibrant watercress sauce, spring vegetables, and a drizzle of wild garlic oil. Or go green with our spring vegetable risotto, bursting with peas, broad beans, and asparagus, finished with wild garlic oil and a generous grating of Grana. Risotto to die for!

Don’t forget, your starter is on us, so you can enjoy a Beetroot terrine served with horseradish sorbet and beetroot balsamic dressing – completely on the house! Plant-based perfection.
