We’re celebrating dishes that hail provenance, like our mouth-wateringly good Jerusalem artichoke risotto drizzled with truffle oil, or our fresh and flavourful Chalkstream trout, swimming onto the menu at the perfect time of year when colder waters produce firmer, brighter and more delicious fish. Finish with our utterly tempting chocolate fondant, served with vanilla ice cream for the perfect Winter feast!
