Get ready to welcome another Lunch Club menu, this time celebrating the fantastically fresh and seasonal ingredients of August. As usual, to celebrate our top 3 star rating from The Sustainable Restaurant Association we are profiling one particular ingredient each month. This month, it’s the turn of the apricot, the sweet fruit starring in this succulent main: Spiced chicken and apricot tagine, with almond and pistachio couscous.

Grown in Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur and of the Rougecot variety, this surprisingly red coloured apricot has an exceptional flavour that is sure to get those taste buds tingling. This little fruit is definitely more than just a healthy snack. For a sweet treat to finish, this delicate fruit also features in our tantalising apricot fool. Simple yet elegant, this dish of delights will be sure to complete your feast leaving you with a smile on your face.
